Our Story
UBMC was formed in response to a consistent industry failure.
Across residential and mixed-use developments, buildings were being constructed without a corresponding maintenance philosophy. Repairs were reactive, processes were informal, and long-term asset value was rarely considered.
UBMC emerged to challenge that model.
From inception, the brand adopted a system-first approach to facility management. Maintenance was reframed as a continuous process, not an emergency response. Decisions were guided by planning, documentation, and accountability rather than improvisation.
